Gebze Plant

Due to increasing demand for our drugs and our high export goals the Maslak plant will be moved to our premises in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.

The new state-of-the-art plant has been projected in February 2005, have an enclosed area of 51.500 m2 on a total area of 60.000 m2. The plant has been opened in April 2008.

The investment cost for the plant is 80 million Euros.

Project development for the new plant has been undertaken by the German G+P Günsav Projektentwicklung GmbH engineering company, which has international reputation and experience.

The plant to have a manufacturing capacity of 125 million boxes per shift will strengthen the Turkish Pharmaceuticals Industry.

The plant will meet international regulations and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and is projected to hold a certificate by the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration), which is the most important certification organization in the international drug sector.

In the new plant, materials movement from the storage process until each sub-processes are designed to be under full automation and compatible with SAP.

Every step of the process will be monitored through computer-supported systems, and the highest possible level of efficiency will be targeted.

Building automation, critical infrastructural systems (air conditioning stations, deionized and distilled water systems pressurized air system, treatment systems) and other infrastructural facilities will be monitored and checked by validated programs for 24 hours / 365 days.
