Moreover, we aim for our employees to be effective in “conducting business, decision making and evaluation” processes throughout the daily lives of our employees with the mission, the corporate culture and the values of our corporation.
We aim for information to be based on the principles of clarity and trust and to be shared in correctly with regard to all our stakeholders. We share our performance in a transparent manner through our corporate responsibility report directed at meeting the basic expectations of our stakeholders.
Taking the communication requirements and expectations of our employees as basis, we plan our internal communication strategies and policies and change the channels of communication in this respect. We ensure the participation of our employees in processes by informing them to assure the comprehension of our corporations’ mission, vision, values and aims. We create communication environments that provide them with the opportunity of spreading corporate culture by adopting our corporate values. We provide the co-ordination of the information produced and the flow of information that contributes to the personal development of our employees. We follow current technologies so that our employees can reach information easily and take all precautions that will improve our communication efficiency.
